We specialize in architectural and interior photography for villas, hotels, residential properties and hospitality businesses across Kefalonia and the Ionian Islands.
Yes. We create promotional videos, short clips and reels for websites, booking platforms and social media, depending on the needs of each property.
Yes. Aerial photography and videography can be included when the location, weather conditions and local flight restrictions allow it.
Styling can be arranged as an additional service, depending on the needs of the property and the availability of our collaborators.
Before the shoot, we provide clear preparation guidelines for the property. Spaces should be clean, uncluttered and fully ready on arrival. When additional styling is needed, this can be arranged separately.
We plan each shoot around the light and weather conditions needed for the property. If rain, strong wind or unsuitable visibility would seriously affect the result, we discuss rescheduling the exterior and aerial parts of the shoot.
The duration depends on the size of the property, the number of spaces and the required deliverables. Smaller properties may take a few hours, while larger villas and hotels often require a full day or more to photograph different light conditions.
Final photographs and videos are delivered digitally through a private online gallery or secure download link, in formats suitable for websites, booking platforms and other agreed uses.
Booking early is recommended, especially during the spring and summer season. Availability and the final schedule are confirmed once the project details and deposit have been agreed.
